1. Terms & Conditions — Veneziano’s Pizzeria & Restaurant

Effective Date: 8/25/2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all catering services, online orders, and related activities provided by Veneziano’s Pizzeria & Restaurant (“Veneziano’s,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing a catering order, submitting a catering request form, or engaging our services, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms:

1. Service Commitment

  • All catering requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Veneziano’s.

     

  • Orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

     

  • Veneziano’s reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value in the event of supply shortages.

     

2. Minimum Orders

  • Pizza-only catering requires a minimum of 10 pizzas.

     

  • Combination catering packages may include fewer pizzas provided they are part of a broader package.

     

3. Payment & Deposits

  • Payment terms will be specified in the final catering confirmation.

     

  • Veneziano’s reserves the right to require deposits for large events.

     

4. Customer Responsibility

  • The Customer is responsible for providing accurate event details (date, time, address, guest count).

     

  • Veneziano’s is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by incorrect information or failure to provide reasonable access to the delivery location.

     

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Veneziano’s shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to food allergies, dietary restrictions, or property damage, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

     

  • All food is prepared in a facility that uses dairy, wheat, nuts, and other allergens. Customer assumes full responsibility for communicating any allergies or dietary restrictions to their guests.

     

6. Force Majeure

  • Veneziano’s shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather events, power outages, transportation failures, or supplier shortages.

     

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Lexington County, South Carolina.
